Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 cups raw potatoes, cubed
2 Tbsp butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 can warm water
½ tsp salt
Dash pepper or to taste
½ cup cheese
Instructions:
Peel and cube potatoes.
Melt butter in frying pan. Add potatoes. Cook and stir over low heat for 3 to 4
minutes, until butter is absorbed. Add
water to milk, then pour over potatoes. Cook
over low heat until potatoes are tender, about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Add seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
