Recipe from Carlos Lucas (Miguel's brother)
2 cans tomato sauce (12 ounces)
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
Boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
