Recipe from Kelsey Hunzeker
1 cup light corn syrup
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla
Boil 5 to 8 minutes to keep caramel soft. If you boil longer the caramel will just harden when it is cool.
