Recipe: Nyla Miller
5 cups sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked, and diced
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup pecans
Combine the first six ingredients. Mix brown sugar, flour, baking soda, softened butter, and pecans. Put on top of sweet potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
